Content Maite provides AI-assisted tools to help businesses plan, create, organise, and manage social media content.

Free trials are limited to the advertised trial period.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue free trial access at any time.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

Customers may cancel at any time.

Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, captions, and content uploaded to Content Maite.

You grant Content Maite permission to process that content solely to provide the service.

Content Maite provides AI-generated captions, content plans, suggestions and recommendations.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or recommendations that are unsuitable for a particular business.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

Users must not:

• Upload unlawful content.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform.
• Reverse engineer the software.
• Share accounts in violation of their subscription plan.

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, and outages may occasionally occur.

All Content Maite software, branding, and technology remain the property of NOOZ Group Limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Content Maite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on our website and may also be communicated by email or through the Content Maite platform.

Continued use of Content Maite after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Content Maite is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the sharing or compromise of login details.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of photos, videos, captions and other uploaded content.

While we take reasonable steps to protect customer data, we do not guarantee against data loss.
